Born in Portugal, 1972.

I have been engaged to artistic pursuit since an early age, with a voracious interest in a number of media. I was fortunate to experiment with painting, as well with sculpture and ceramics. Accidentally, my career developed for an extensive period in the field of decorative arts, mainly substancial works in murals and frescos, and comissioned canvas. As ones matures and seeks a new and deeper fullfilment, my work is now mainly focused in a more personal and intimate approach to artistic realization.

Main subjects of interest are the individuals inner angst and confrontations / Gender roles, identity and sexuality / Forceful action of the collective over individuals / Allegorical projection of desires, obsessions and demons / Mental and physical solitude, psychosis, contemplation or alienation.
